I love being part of projects where the end tennant or client is responsible for creating some of today’s technologies and scientific advancement that have a global impact on humanity.
As a Project Executive, Tom brings a strong blend of technical understanding, operational insight, and leadership experience. His background in managing complex projects across software and healthcare gives him a unique perspective on coordinating teams, aligning stakeholders, and driving outcomes on challenging work.
Tom joined TG Gallagher in 2019 as an Assistant Project Manager and quickly advanced by taking on increasingly complex projects. His ability to manage large, high-visibility jobs earned him a promotion to Project Manager within two years. Today, as a Project Executive, he oversees multiple project teams and ensures that budget, quality, and schedule expectations are met across all phases of construction.
Tom is known for mentoring Assistant Project Managers and helping them grow into confident and capable leaders. He also guided the company’s transition to a leading project management software, demonstrating his commitment to improving processes and modernizing project delivery.
In his role, Tom partners closely with clients, turning project goals into clear, actionable plans while maintaining transparency and collaboration throughout the process.
Tom graduated from Merrimack College with a Master of Science in Management.
