Shane joined TG Gallagher in 2023 and serves as a Senior Estimator. In his role, he prepares bid proposals for clients, supports the development of strong client relationships, and helps lead the estimating department. He works closely with project teams to deliver accurate and dependable budgets that support successful project planning.
With his growing industry expertise, Shane plays a key role in supporting some of the company’s most complex projects. His work extends beyond preparing numbers and reviewing scope. He helps ensure that every estimate aligns with schedule expectations, budget goals, and TG Gallagher’s quality standards.
Shane also manages the challenges that come with preconstruction planning, including pricing risk, coordinating with stakeholders, and evaluating the resources required for each project. Every estimate he develops reflects careful analysis and a commitment to precise, thoughtful preparation.
