Sam joined the team in 2020, bringing with him over 25 years of experience in the piping trades, focusing on healthcare, pharmaceutical, and semiconductor industries. Sam also has significant experience in Process Piping, which requires a solid understanding of the complexity and regulatory requirements of cGMP (Current Good Manufacturing Practice) piping systems.
With his industry knowledge, Sam helps manage some of the company’s most ambitious endeavors and projects. His responsibilities extend beyond the linear progression of tasks—he ensures projects are done on time, on budget, and meet TG Gallagher’s standards.
Sam also navigates the complexities of stakeholder relationships, resource management, and risk mitigation. Each project is a testament to his strategic planning coupled with precise execution.
Within the TG Gallagher team, Sam’s leadership style is both inspirational and pragmatic. By cultivating a culture of continuous learning, fostering team cohesion, and championing innovative solutions, he has been instrumental in steering numerous projects to success.
