At the core of his responsibilities lies the task of coordinating and overseeing a skilled team of Plumbers, ensuring that each phase of installation, maintenance, and repair meets the high standards TG Gallagher is renowned for. Rick takes pride in delivering solutions that are sustainable, reliable, and in line with the latest industry best practices.
Beyond technical expertise, his role requires a keen eye for project management. From interpreting blueprints to ensuring compliance with local building codes and regulations, Rick’s contributions are vital in ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and free of any discrepancies.
He began his journey with the company in 1993 and transitioned into the Foreman role before assuming his current position in 2011.
