As the Chief Operating Officer at TG Gallagher, Mike has a significant role in ensuring that both the project management and field staff consistently meet and exceed client expectations to achieve project-specific goals.
Since 2004, Mike has brought a wealth of diverse experiences to his role. Mike previously served as Vice President, where he managed Senior Project Managers, Project Managers, the BIM Department, and the Fabrication process/facility.
Mike’s career includes roles as a Mechanical Engineer at an R&D company, a Field Engineer at Bechtel Construction, and working with Jacobs Engineering to build clean rooms for Intel in Ireland. His career path brought him to TG Gallagher, where he began as a Project Manager before helping develop the BIM department and setting up fabrication processes and now focuses on field operations.
