Matt brings a strong engineering foundation and hands-on project leadership to his role as Senior Project Manager at TG Gallagher. He began his career as an HVAC design engineer in Connecticut before relocating to Boston and joining TGG as a Project Manager, where he quickly became known for his technical expertise and steady project execution.
In his current role, Matt oversees and coordinates all phases of complex construction projects, from early planning through closeout. He is responsible for managing schedules, budgets, quality, and safety while ensuring seamless coordination between clients, trade partners, and internal teams. As a licensed Professional Engineer, Matt approaches each project with a deep understanding of system performance and constructability.
Matt also plays a key role in developing Assistant Project Managers, actively mentoring and preparing them to grow into future Project Managers. He values collaboration and has built lasting relationships with clients, subcontractors, vendors, and colleagues across TG Gallagher, contributing to successful project outcomes and a strong team culture.
Matt is a graduate of the University of Maryland College Park with a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Mechanical Engineering.
