As the Human Resources & Payroll Manager at TG Gallagher, Jessica plays an instrumental role in managing the company’s key HR compliance, benefits, and payroll functions. She is committed to fostering a culture of inclusion, excellence, innovation, and collaboration.

A key component of her role involves ensuring that TG Gallagher remains not just compliant with labor laws and regulations, but that it continues to set industry standards for best practices in employee welfare and satisfaction.

Beyond the operational aspects, Jessica’s strategic insight is vital to developing and maintaining a strong infrastructure to support both office and field employees. She has a background in environmental consulting, manufacturing and research, and advisory solutions which have helped shape her forward-thinking approach. Jessica also has a deep understanding of the unique challenges and opportunities in the mechanical contracting sector and is an invaluable driver of TG Gallagher’s continued success.

A James Madison University graduate, she has dedicated over 10 years of her career to Human Resources.
