Meeting new customers, building lasting partnerships, sharing my knowledge with others, and, most importantly, being a mentor for younger people in this industry.
In his role as Project Executive at TG Gallagher, Franny focuses on strengthening client relationships and delivering exceptional service. He works closely with project management staff, mentoring, guiding, and supporting them from a technical standpoint to help them excel in their positions. He also oversees estimating for service work, prepares budget requests, and manages projects through completion.
Franny began his career in the mechanical industry over 30 years ago as a pipefitter apprentice, inspired and guided by his uncle, a longtime member of the local. Early on, he found his niche in small projects, building a reputation for reliability, craftsmanship, and technical expertise. Over the years, he has expanded his skill set both in the field and beyond, including experience as a welding instructor and active participation on industry boards and committees.
He holds certifications as a plumbing journeyman, pipefitter journeyman, and multiple quality welding certificates and is a member of the National Certified Pipe Welding Bureau, reflecting his ongoing commitment to professional growth and excellence in the trade.
