Brian’s role at TG Gallagher is to set the stage for the successful execution of projects by ensuring that they are well-planned, accurately estimated, and thoroughly evaluated for potential challenges—and opportunities. His combination of technical knowledge, managerial skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders helps bridge the gap between estimating and construction teams while focusing on all of the necessary details.
With a notable career that began as an MEP Manager for a large general contractor, Brian then moved to TG Gallagher, starting as a Project Manager, before progressing to Project Executive and ultimately, Vice President—where he is part of the Executive Team.
His professional motivation is centered on influencing key projects and fostering client relationships. He appreciates the independent yet supportive environment at TG Gallagher.
