About this Project
TG Gallagher’s Service Division was selected to address the deterioration of mechanical systems resulting from inadequate maintenance for a condominium built in the 1980s.
The team performed a comprehensive system evaluation throughout the building that included mechanical spaces, parking garages, and common areas linked to individual condos. This assessment provided a clear baseline and information to conduct focused discussions with the building owner about critical repair needs.
The TGG team created detailed system documentation to provide the client with a clear and precise infrastructure outline. These details were instrumental in delivering effective solutions for current and future projects.
