What Motivates Me...
Having worked in this industry before, what motivates me most is the variety of work. Serving as Logistics Director ties directly to my experience in the Army, which makes the role even more meaningful.
As the Logistics Director, George oversees daily operations to ensure that materials, tools, and equipment are delivered efficiently to jobsites and fabrication facilities. He plays a key role in developing process improvements that enhance quality, efficiency, and safety across operations.
In addition to managing inventory and equipment maintenance, George oversees vendor relationships, trucking logistics, and company fleet operations. He collaborates closely with project teams, shop teams, and the purchasing department to streamline deliveries, manage costs, and ensure resources are available where and when they’re needed.
George has over 4 years of experience in the HVAC service and installation industry and has been in the Army Reserve since 2003.
