The former Archdiose of Boston Chancery building was transformed into much needed administrative office space for Boston College. The adaptive reuse of the building brought the facility up to current standard and accessibility code. TG Gallagher installed new HVAC and plumbing services for the 66,000 SF building as well as a 23,000 SF atrium addition. The building’s energy and water efficiency were significantly improved using water-conserving plumbing fixtures and energy recovery systems in concert with Boston College’s campus sustainability efforts.
