As the Chief Operating Officer at TG Gallagher, Shawn has a significant role in ensuring that both the project management and field staff consistently meet and exceed client expectations to achieve project-specific goals.
Shawn started his career with TGG as a co-op student in estimating and project management. He has worked his way up throughout the organization, holding positions with increasing responsibility. He is one of the driving forces behind the company’s operational excellence and sets the client satisfaction standards for the entire organization.
His dedication to hard work and loyalty aligns seamlessly with TG Gallagher’s corporate values. As a part of the Executive Team, he plays a key role in all aspects of the company, including reporting, business development, and safety.
