Markley Data Center

Located in the heart of Downtown Boston, the Markley Group is one of the region’s largest and oldest operating data centers. The 920,000SF colocation facility offers mission critical data center space with robust, high-density power and cooling infrastructure. Due to their relationship with Gilbane and the need to work in sensitive, occupied buildings, TG Gallagher was retained to install the mechanical infrastructures for multiple tenants. Working closely with the entire team, TG Gallagher coordinated major equipment deliveries and installation, while remaining sensitive to the needs of tenants and ongoing operations.
