Liberty Mutual focuses on serving the insurance needs of their clients. The data center is critical to their daily operations and protects the availability and confidentiality of their client’s data. Due to the difficult and sensitive nature of working in Liberty Mutual’s home office data center and taking into account their multi-decade relationship, TG Gallagher was selected by Liberty Mutual and Gilbane to provide the HVAC, plumbing, and fire protection system upgrades.  The scope included the installation of the new computer room’s air conditioning equipment and an upgraded controls system.  The data center was surrounded by occupied offices requiring all work to be performed during off hours to eliminate any interruptions to the occupants. TG Gallagher coordinated closely with Liberty’s facility personnel to ensure that the new and old systems were integrated seamlessly.
