  • Safety Trainings: As industry standards evolve, rigorous training focused on safety protocols, regulations, and practices in construction sites is held to ensure the well-being of both office and field employees. For new hires, the safety department hosts a one-on-one safety overview during week one in addition to a monthly safety training.
