Regularly meet with clients to review needs and assess service satisfaction
Review new and existing sites to confirm maintenance is being performed to manufacturers’ recommendations and performed on schedule
Review life expectancy of equipment and determine replacement timeframes for customers based on ASHRAE guidelines
Solicit vendor and subcontractor proposals as needed and develop proposals for preventive and corrective maintenance work
Track and manage project costs
Plan, schedule, and manage all on site work, including labor and subcontractors to meet our clients’ needs
Proactively follow up on calls and outstanding issues
Communicate regularly with service superintendent and service coordinator.
