Service Project Manager

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Regularly meet with clients to review needs and assess service satisfaction
  • Review new and existing sites to confirm maintenance is being performed to manufacturers’ recommendations and performed on schedule
  • Review life expectancy of equipment and determine replacement timeframes for customers based on ASHRAE guidelines
  • Solicit vendor and subcontractor proposals as needed and develop proposals for preventive and corrective maintenance work
  • Track and manage project costs
  • Plan, schedule, and manage all on site work, including labor and subcontractors to meet our clients’ needs
  • Proactively follow up on calls and outstanding issues
  • Communicate regularly with service superintendent and service coordinator.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in the field
  • Strong technical background in mechanical, plumbing, and/or fire protection systems
  • Field or management interaction with clients
  • Basic computer skills
