Project Administrator

What you will do:

  • Performs administrative functions and provides administrative support to the project team
  • Coordinate with the project team and field staff to ensure that they have all the resources to operate a successful job site
  • Accurately set-up and maintain shared project folders; keeping the project files current as information changes
  • Schedule, prepare, and participate in all project meetings and transposes meeting minutes
  • Assists the project team with close-out documentation
  • Establishes and maintains open, positive relationships with team
  • Provide support to project managers with other administrative tasks as needed

Do you have the right specs?

  • 3-5 years' experience in a support role, with a minor understanding of construction
  • Prior experience managing a team's workflow and implementing processes and systems to help optimize for efficiency
  • Strong communication skills and ability to interact with internal and external partners
  • Be a problem solver at heart with a genuine interest in learning by helping
  • Work well under pressure in a rapidly changing environment
  • Fantastic organizational skills and great follow through on tasks
