Assistant Project Manager

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Assist project executive, project manager and superintendents with supervising and documenting project schedules, change-orders, submittals, budgets, and submit RFI’s for approval
  • Assist in the maintenance of contract documents for field operations
  • Coordinate project activities under the supervision from a project manager
  • Attend project meetings onsite and in the office
  • Assist with project close-out documentation
  • Establish and maintain open, positive relationships with the team, clients, vendors, and suppliers
  • Provide in-person support at job sites as required

Qualifications:

  • A degree in construction management or relevant engineering experience in the trades
  • Basic computer skills
  • Mechanical aptitude / mechanically inclined
