Project Manager
The Project Manager oversees HVAC, plumbing fire protection, and refrigeration projects for institutional, educational, and commercial clients. These projects can range in size from $50,000 to $20 million, and are usually located in the greater Boston area.
Responsibilities include:
- Coordinating vendor product data and equipment deliveries, subcontractor submittals, drawings and schedules
- Preparing closeout documents, such as maintenance manuals, operating instructions, record drawings, etc.
- Client and vendor coordination
- Preparing monthly requisitions and cost to complete forecasts
