Assistant Project Manager
Full-Time or Co-op Position
The Assistant Project Manager assists TG Gallagher project managers and estimators in scheduling various HVAC, plumbing, fire protection and refrigeration projects for institutional, educational, and commercial clients. These projects can range in size from $50,000 to $20 million, and are usually located in the greater Boston area. The candidate will be exposed to the installation and maintenance of several types of mechanical systems including boiler and chiller plants, plumbing systems, fan-coil units, and air handling units.
Responsibilities include:
- Coordinating vendor product data and equipment deliveries, subcontractor submittals, drawings and schedules
- Preparing closeout documents, such as maintenance manuals, operating instructions, record drawings, etc.
