Project Manager
The Project Manager oversees HVAC, plumbing
and refrigeration projects for our institutional, educational, and
commercial clients. These projects can range in size from $50,000
to $20 million, and are usually located in the greater Boston area.
Responsibilities include:

Coordinating vendor product data and equipment
deliveries, subcontractor submittals, drawings and schedules
-
Preparing closeout documents, such as maintenance
manuals, operating instructions, record drawings, etc.

Client and vendor coordination
-
Preparing monthly requisitions and cost
to complete forecasts
Proficiency in Microsoft Office software is
a must, and CADD experience is a plus. The salary for this position
is commensurate with experience.

Estimator
The Estimator provides estimates and bids for HVAC and mechanical
projects for our institutional, educational, and commercial clients.
These projects can range in size from $50,000 to $20 million, and
are usually located in the greater Boston area.
Responsibilities include:

Reviewing and understanding plans and specifications

Taking off piping systems, equipment and material with estimating
software, and identifying labor and material costs

Communicating with subcontractors and suppliers
-
Preparing proposal letters
-
Preparing cost breakdowns
-
Identifying customer needs
-
Identifying project and schedule issues
-
Visiting job sites
-
Attending customer meetings
Proficiency in Microsoft Office software is a must. The salary

Assistant Project Manager — Full-Time or
Co-op Position
The Assistant Project Manager assists TG Gallagher project managers
and estimators in scheduling various HVAC, plumbing and refrigeration
projects for our institutional, educational, and commercial clients.
These projects can range in size from $50,000 to $20 million, and
are usually located in the greater Boston area. The candidate will
be exposed to the installation and maintenance of several types
of mechanical systems including boiler and chiller plants, plumbing
systems, fan-coil units, and air handling units.
Responsibilities include:

subcontractor submittals, drawings and schedules

Preparing closeout documents, such as maintenance manuals,
operating instructions, record drawings, etc.
