Our new and vibrant 40,000SF HQ, housed at 309 Waverley Oaks Road in Waltham, was designed with worker wellness in mind. Twice the size of our old digs, the new office space is packed with amenities and fully prepared to accommodate our company’s rapid growth.
We were eager for a space as open as our minds, one that would both promote collaboration and encourage innovation.
Our new HQ did just the trick--each day, TG Gallagher employees now work and collaborate across open plan workstations, flexible meeting rooms, huddle rooms, lounges, and a training room.
The open offices, finishes, colors, flooring, furniture, and workstation designs respect how TG Gallagher employees work and enable team members to do their best work, all within a space that expresses our company's culture. High windows surround the office, providing workspaces with a copious amount of natural light and a view of the nearby foliage and wetlands.
At TG Gallagher, employee comfort and happiness are paramount. The HQ includes a spacious break room, kitchen, wellness room, and showers. Kitchenettes, power stations, and water bottle filling stations can also be found throughout the office. And we constantly keep the kitchen and kitchenettes stocked with fresh fruit, snacks, coffee, and tea.
To further support employees' well-being, the new HQ is nestled among miles of walking trails and a world-class fitness center. Numerous restaurants are within both walking and driving distance, as well as a rock-climbing facility, martial arts academy, yoga studio, supermarket, pharmacy, dry cleaners, and much more.
